Our Story

Tenavra was founded with a simple belief: complex transactions don’t have to be chaotic or value-eroding. After more than a decade advising Fortune 500 companies, private equity sponsors, and global acquirers on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, we saw a gap. Deals were often supported by large advisory firms, but what clients lacked was senior-level, hands-on guidance that bridged strategy with execution. Tenavra was created to fill that gap.

Our Mission

We help organizations turn complex transactions into lasting value. By combining disciplined execution with deep operational insight, we ensure that every deal — whether a carve-out, integration, or large-scale transformation — delivers measurable outcomes.

What We Do

Our three-pillar model provides end-to-end support:

  • Diligence – uncovering the true economics of the deal and surfacing hidden risks.

  • Transaction Execution – ensuring seamless Day 1 readiness, TSA governance, and integration management.

  • Transformation & Value Creation – designing operating models, capturing synergies, and embedding long-term performance.

Who We Serve

We work with private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and corporate acquirers across industries such as automotive, aerospace & defense, technology, healthcare, and professional services.
